Thundercade NES Game Cartridge

Thundercade was released for the NES in 1989. It was developed by Micronics and published by American Sammy. It was originally released for the arcade in 1987, which was developed by SETA. The story is about terrorism reaching new heights, with AATOM having constructed a nuclear power plant, threatening Earth with a nuclear war. The powers of the world made the decision to initiate THUNDERCADE, which is an operation to prevent AATOM from carrying out their plan.

The player will take control of a combat motorcycle that is high performance, has sidecar cannons, and also be backed with a B-7 bomber. The game will have four different levels. The first level is the city, the second level is the base, the third level is the woodlands, and the fourth level is the fortress that contains the game’s final objective, destroying the power plant. The player will be able to shoot bullets and has the ability of upgrading their vehicle by finding power ups that will add more sidecars to their motorcycle, adding more firepower. The player also can a limited number of air strikes that will help clear the game screen of troops and enemy tanks. The bosses will include enemies that fill the screen like a submarine.
